Would you believe there is a world record for number of mentos-diet coke geysers going off simultaneously?
A mentos-diet coke geyser is what you get when you put mentos in a bottle of diet coke. The mentos cause the coke to shoot up into the air giving you a fountain/geyser effect.
Here’s a video of them breaking the record with 1360 of these little fountains recently:

I’ve had problems seeing YouTube videos before too - this was on all sites I visited - I cleared my cookies & restarted my computer - worked like a charm! Hopefully that will help!

Cool video - always wanted to try that (just with the one bottle though).
I tried this mentos geyser at home and had such trouble getting all those mentos into the bottle at the same time. It really wasn’t very impressive or much fun until I found this toy http://www.stevespanglerscience.com/product/2072
Now we have geyser races and see who can spray their geyser the farthest down the street, and last July 4th we did red, white and blue geysers using different flavors of soda pop!! SUPER FUN!!!
