Finally, a Little Keyword Luv For You All

Files under Not Stupid Category | Posted by Chelle

I came across a totally awesome wordpress plug in today called Keyword Luv. Basically it gives you a link with your keyword anchor text for any blog comment.

When you enter your name in a comment, enter it this way:

Your Name@Your Keyword
EXAMPLE: Chelle@Funny Pictures

Then write your MEANINGFUL COMMENT IN ENGLISH and voila! you get a Do-Follow link with ANCHOR TEXT. If it is not meaningful (typical “fake comments” like “I like the design of your blog” or “Good work!”) it will be deleted, but all other comments are welcome.

I would like to build a list of these keyword luv sharing blogs, so if you are one, let me know :) You can also stop by my blog on dating and relationships or my real estate marketing blog for some additional keyword luv. All 3 blogs are do-follow with keyword luv, comment luv, and Sez Who :)

Welcome to the DoFollow Blog movement.

My blogs have been dofollow for a few months now, and I also use the KeywordLuv plugin.

Most people are pretty good about leaving quality, post related comments, but there will always be a few who will try to take advantage of your generosity.

I have posted my rules and given examples of what won’t be approved, and that has helped improve the quality of my blog comments.

You can add my blog to your list. You can also list your blog in my dofollow directory.

    Mike

Thanks Mike! I have been do follow for months, but just learned of the keyword luv plug-in which is so nice for anchor text! (If you google Chelle one of my blogs comes up, so anchor text must make an impact since its certainly not a keyword!)

Will check out your directory :) Thanks!

Nice plug-in, I might get it for my future blog. Thanks for sharing it (found out about it on BP).

This is an interesting concept. I am just in the process of getting a mass of things fixed on my template but I think after I have this done keywordluv will be the newest plugin to get installed.

I have to say I do wish more blogs would use dofollow and things like this I think it really does help the community to no end.

And great work on getting a list together. Once I get it installed I will drop back by and let ya know.
    Thank you for sharing.
    Stuart

Thanks for checking it out! If any of you start using it, let me know and i will add it to my list of keyword luv blogs. I agree Stuart it is a nice thing for the blogging community - I don’t anticipate too many issues from it.

I love keywordluv - yes it can encourage spam but ultimately it will bring you a lot more valid readers who will be more inclined to submit a valid comment so all good news!

Harish, do you need help using it when commenting or how to install it?

Just put your name like this in the comment section for your name:

    Harish@Optical Frames
(or whatever other keyword you like)

To install on your wordpress blog, just upload the plug-in & activate :)

I use commentluv on all my blogs bar one as it wouldn’t work with the them. I then tried keyluv but unfortunately that doesn’t work either. :(

Its a great idea because by adding more comments you do tend to stick around longer. I have found some decent blogs recently just by clicking on the links of people who have left good comments.
