		<description>I called my ISP provider yesterday regarding my internet connection problems.. at first it is still okay, my all system stuff like that it say wait for their staff to answer and I can heard my ringing tone.. But the annoying thing was when it suddenly stop ringing because no one to answer it? So I start again and increase my phone bill because this is not toll free.

		<description>I am the same, I am with Vodafone as my mobile phone provider here in Australia, and they have this wonderful system called &quot;L.a.r.a.&quot; (I believe it is actually an acronym for something).

Anyhoo you actually have to speak to the system and it does voice recognition. This is *great* if you want something like &quot;billing&quot; but throw something in that is completely non standard such as &quot;wireless internet dropping out&quot; and it does not understand *sigh*.

Now I just go straight to billing and use them as my reception desk to get to the right area LOL.

So I feel your pain.
