We noticed this on our bag of microwaveable popcorn:

Does this not defeat the entire purpose of your microwave having a popcorn button? And what will happen if we do ignore these instructions?

Of course we had to find out. Nothing. We ended up with a perfect bag of popcorn. Don’t try this one at home though. Something terrible might happen to you. It’s probably more dangerous to EAT the popcorn.
